Perhaps even more surprising is how good the food is at all the hotels. The amazing variety of food is the first thing you notice. You can order anything you want: hamburger or steak, lobster or sushi, Peking Duck or barbecued ribs, sweet and sour pork or steamed rice, French fries or escargot, kimchi or Brussel sprouts, baked Alaska or apple pie, and ice cream or crème brûlée. (Actually, you may not find all those choices in any one hotel’s dining room, but at one hotel or another on St. Thomas Island you’ll find what you’re looking for, since all dining rooms do tend to specialize a bit.)
And, of course, you’ll never be disappointed in the quality of the food because the cooks or chefs are great, too, which you’d expect at such a world-class vacation paradise.
As you’d expect, every hotel has a fantastic view of the ocean, whether a hotel is on the beach or a little inland. And everywhere you go on St. Thomas Island, whether in a hotel or outside, you’ll find the sea-cleaned air so refreshing that you’ll feel like you’re constantly on Cloud Nine.
